Our aim is to create bright and contemporary living spaces so that you can feel safe, comfortable and at home. With no more than six tenants in each property you’ll have all the benefit of co-living, whilst retaining all the privacy of your own room.
We have packed our all inclusive fully furnished rooms with great features – versatile living spaces, beautiful gardens, fully equipped kitchens, ultrafast WiFi, and many more:
- Contemporary, light and spacious – all of our properties and rooms have a modern, bright, clean feel about them
- The rooms are fully furnished, with consideration given to maximising the storage options within the space available. Most of our rooms have desks provided to allow for home-working
- Our properties are fully licensed HMOs (Houses in Multiple Occupation), meeting all relevant health and safety standards
- Ultra fast WiFi with Virgin’s VOOM 400Mb/s business broadband service or Hey Broadband 900 Mb/s
- All-inclusive price to save you the hassle of dealing with council tax, utility bills etc
- Regular cleaning, gardening and maintenance all provided
- SMART TV provided in the communal area with its own TV license, and TV points provided in each room (NB. a separate TV license is required for individual rooms)
