“Gwyneth & Simon have been hands-down the best landlords I’ve had, and I have been renting in three different cities for the last ten years. The property was extremely well maintained and looked after. Everything is up to code and above board – they regularly test and maintain the fire alarms and anything broken, however small, was fixed immediately. They gave a very fair deal on the rent which included bills and a cleaner. They truly care about their tenants. All six of my housemates were lovely, clean and considerate – G&S vet and take the household dynamics into consideration, which made for a great atmosphere. As a working professional who just wanted a calm, well-run house to come home to, I couldn’t have asked for more. A real pleasure to rent from and I’d strongly recommend them. The only reason for moving out was because I’m moving in with my significant other!!”
