How do I apply for a room?

Check the availability of our rooms on our GoTenant Microsite. You can request a viewing for any available rooms directly from the site
Alternatively just fill in the Contact Form to get in touch and let us know that you’re interested in one of our rooms, or call us directly on 07587 413006
After the viewing, if we’re all happy to proceed then we’ll ask you to sign a holding deposit agreement and to pay a holding deposit of £100 to secure your room, pending the outcome of a tenant screening process.
We’ll then take up references and collect some basic ID information from you, and we partner with Tenant Screening Ltd to screen our tenants.
We use GoTenant property management software to streamline the process of viewings, applications and compliance with all the relevant lettings legislation
Once we have completed the final checks we can make arrangements for you to move in, and we’ll collect the balance of the security deposit (one month’s rent) which will be placed securely with the Deposit Protection Service
